July 24, 2011 GRA, Inc 7318 Bennington Dallas, TX 75214 I am pleased to be able to offer a testimonial regarding our experience with Cost Solutions. We have been using the product since 2007. We are a "virtual company," meaning we have no physical plant. All GRA employees work from their homes, including the Cost Solution team. Prior to Cost Solution, we had no automated accounting, invoicing, or timekeeping system. However, with T&E training and assistance-all of which was by telephone and computer conferencing-we were able to install and bring up the financial, contracting, and invoicing modules in about 120 days. A short time later, we began converting our far-flung staff of HR consultants to online timekeeping, and this year we are bringing up the WebApply program of the HR module. While we don't have prior experience to base a judgment upon, we believe that Cost Solution has been an excellent value. Compared to our prior approach, the online timekeeping has been a dream come true. WebApply came to us in a rougher state of development than the other modules, and implementation took way too long. However, it now seems to be delivering what we ask of it.
