Support & Training
User and System support is provided by our technicians or Accounting staff by phone, internet, and/or by interactive on-line web training. Our Customer Support staff will walk you through the installation, or help you figure out how to make your ERP-GOV do more of the work you don't want to do anymore.
In addition to HELP service and system updates, our Annual Service Plan also includes some pre-paid User Training - to help train replacement staff or develop your super-users. Long-term happiness comes from well trained users.

Controller-Level Consulting Services for Small Government Contractors
Optional on-site process consulting and user training can produce a high return on the investment. Services can include:
- ERP software set-up, implementation, configuration of your Accounts and Contracts, historical data transition assistance.
