User and System support is provided by our technicians or Accounting staff by phone, internet, and/or by interactive on-line web training. Our Customer Support staff will walk you through installation or help you figure out how to make your software do more of the work you don't want to do anymore.

Clients can now also log in (tab at upper right in header) to T&E's Extranet and submit a trouble ticket or check the Knowledge Base on an issue.   Trouble ticket has automatic e-mail notification when replies are posted.
