Web-Based
Timesheets are a fully integrated option
for both ERP-GOV and ERP-GOV's CostSolution
edition. They support both employee
and subcontractor timesheets and can be set
for weekly, bi-weekly, and also semi-monthly or
monthly where pay is hours-driven. Each employee has
an individualized timesheet showing only the
projects/accounts he/she is permitted
to charge.
DCAA Compliance - Supervisors and
Payroll Operator have "desk audit"
capability to ensure employees are keeping
time daily. Only the
employee (or subcontractor) can enter
time. If supervisor returns timesheet
for correction, employee must document the
correction and re-certify the timesheet.
Once approved the timesheets are ready
for posting -

at lower left of timesheet window.
