ERP-GOV
CostSolution is optimized for medium sized government service contractors,
but can also support private sector
organizations (environmental firms,
consultants, contractors, architects) that
need detailed project cost accounting and billing.
You start with the ERP-GOV base system
which integrates accounts payable,
accounts receivable and general ledger
with Contract Administration and project
cost accounting. It also
includes, Customer Contacts, Employee’s
Assignment & Timesheet, Employee Leave
maintenance, and Interface to Payroll
service.
Then you add
the Web Portal and other options as
needed.
Designed as a client/server system, ERP-GOV
can be made web-accessible via Virtual Private
Network (VPN) or by being run as a Terminal Service.
Web-based extensions of the system include the Web
Portal and Job Posting systems (described at right.)
