Web Portal - Timesheets, Intranet, Management Reports
ERP-GOV's web timesheets and web portal are fully integrated with and driven by the ERP-GOV database.
The Web portal includes Announcements, Pending items, Intranet (with forms and benefits documents), employee & subcontractor Timesheets, and Contract/Task Reporting for their assigned Managers.

Employees need only a standard browser to access their web portal page. Supervisors can "desk audit" status of subordinate timesheets and trigger an e-mail reminder where needed. When timesheets are submitted, Supervisor can approve or return with comment for correction. Only the employee can enter hours on web timesheet.
(The Web Portal is driven by the ERP-GOV database and is not currently available for use with other systems.)
