"Your Customer Net"; a new web-based product to assist you in Customer Communication and Support.   "Your Customer Net"  provides your internal or external customer community with secure access to news, information, downloads that are generic or customer-specific, the ability to search a knowledge base, and a Help Ticket system enter and track support requests . 

If a customer creates a Help Ticket, it automatically notifies selected in-house staff users by e-mail.   Staff can see a customer's Help Tickets and past issues, can reply to (and close) a Help Ticket, or can create one on a customer's behalf.   

"Your Customer Net" can also support Marketing & Sales. Prospective Customers can register  themselves to download documents, presentations, or product demos.    Sales can use the history tracking function  to track Prospect and Customer  activities   - from downloading information to viewing Knowledge Base articles.     

"Your Customer Net"  is a web-based application written in ASP.NET 2.0 and hosted on an SQL database.  It is highly customizable and can be custom tailored to any business.
