The
ERP-GOV Web Portal starts with web-based
timesheets for employees and
sub-contractors. Users record time
daily, then certify, "sign",
and submit their time for the week, bi-week,
or semi-monthly period. Shows
current leave balances and can display
previous timesheets.
Supervisors on-line can approve or return
a timesheet, e-mail reminders, or do a
desk audit of timesheets in-progress, but
cannot change another employee's timesheet.
Other Portal functions
include: Announcements, Employee
Intra-net, Payroll & A/P Operator
screens, and Managers' Dashboards for
Program and Task Managers.
